Review Breakfast Buffet di Palm Garden Hotel, Putrajaya

Tak kurang yang suka buffet hunt sambil beli jiwa tersayang kann. So post kali ni Aisyah nak review buffet breakfast kat Palm Garden Hotel di Putrajaya.

Actually Putrajaya ni tau tak tau baaaanyak rupanya tempat makan best. And yang bestnya tak berapa banyak crowd berbanding kalau menghala ke arah KL. Ada few reviews sebenarnya yang Aisyah buat kat area Putrajaya, nanti Aisyah share link kat sini sekali (ig and youtube link).

Why buffet kat Palm Garden hotel best?

1. Tak crowded

Kat sini macam ‘hidden gem’ tau.

2. Menu variety secukupnya

Tidaklah meriah macam bazaar Ramadhan punya variety tuuu..tapi serba cukup dengan kepelbagaian. And paling best bukan je sebab variety..tapi SEDAPPP. Tengok my review video kat sini ya: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DCGcQ3athG5/?igsh=dmZ5YjA3amE2ajd5

3. Staff semua friendly

Friendly staff ni maha penting ya..it can make or break the business tau. Sini ya Allah semua mesra and baik. Very helpful and tak lokek dengan senyuman. And buat yanh bawak kids, siap ada staff bawak Chupa Chups bagi kat budak-budak.

4. Kawasan cantik dan tenang

Lepas makan, boleh la bawak anak-anak jalan sekitar hotel. Hotel ni macam hutan dalam hotel. Udara segar, banyak hijau-hijau…memang tenang. Serious nak ngopi dengan member-member kat courtyard pun seronok tau, boleh tengok pakej ngopi kat Courtyard tu kat sini..boleh tengok gambar sekali and view harga: https://invol.co/cllx8x1 Nak staycation sini memang best sangat and very recommended sebab antara activity lain boleh buat kat sini is shoppinggg kat IOI mall putrajaya. Memang dekat sangattt ❤️ try survey-survey harga best dulu..Aisyah biasa memang habis habisan survey harga sampai jumpa price yang puas hati. Check kat Trivago je uolls: https://invol.co/cllx8yc

5. Harga

Disebabkan service, ambience and food tiptop, harga kat sini Aisyah rasa sangat berbaloi. Aisyah haritu dapat harga dalam RM60+. Tapi kena rajin survey then grab harga bestz.

Anyway korang thanks for reading. Sudi-sudi singgah my IG, FB dan Youtube tauu. Mana tauu kalau korang follow lagi rajin Aisyah me-review 🤭❤️ hehe. Ok bye then.

Kadang-kadang tu buta hati terus bila dengar ayat-ayat promosi cam “no late payment charges”, “no interest” dan sebagainya. Tahu-tahu bertimbun hutang kad kredit nak kena settlekan, ha memang salah kad kredit la kan? Lintah darat betul! Padahal sendiri takpandai pakai.

Real story from my past mistakes! Masa tu hutang tertunggak sampai RM16,500. And on monthly basis I need to pay RM700-800 minimum payment.

Here are some common misconceptions on Credit Cards terms:

1. No interest charges on late payment - well, yeah true no interest. But if you view your monthly statement you’ll see other terms used like “finance charges” or “management fee”.

2. Minimum payment - although you paid the suggested minimum payment, interest charges will be made on the outstanding balance. Contoh, you pakai kad kredit tu RM10k..lepastu you commit bayar minimum payment of, say, RM100. Interest still dikenakan kat baki tertunggak tu ya (10k - 100 x interest%)

So by knowing all these facts adakah bermaksud Aisyah kecewa gila sampai patahkan kad? Nope. There’s a way to settle this problem and in fact I still use my credit card. Bezanya sekarang is I am now wiser (ecewah). So kat bawah ni some suggestions untuk yang tengah celaru macam mana nak settlekan hutang kad kredit :

Balance transfer:

This is a really great facility in credit card and many banks use this method to attract new users to switch brand. Depends kat policy Balance Transfer Card credit sebab lain bank lain policy la kan. But to minimise cost, penting kita cari bank yang offer balance transfer 0% interest.

Maksudnya kat sini, let’s say you berhutang card credit dengan Bank A sebanyak RM10k..then you cari bank lain yang offer Balance Transfer ni..dia bagi bayar 10k tu ansur-ansur ikutla…12months, 18 months, and some even up to 48 months (4 years) without interest charges! Tapi dengan syarat kena pakai kad kredit dia la macamtu…..

So bawah ni Aisyah listkan kad kredit yang offer 0% interest Balance Transfer and BONUS bila sign-up siap dapat hadiah pulak tu ya.

1. Public Bank

Installments for the amount transference can be made up to 48 months (4 years) at 0% interest charge installments. Cumanya ada up front payment sikit la.

a. HSBC Platinum Credit Card (https://invol.co/cllwl22)

b. HSBC Amanah MPower Platinum Credit Card-i (https://invol.co/cllwl1g)

Anyway, card credit memang sangat membantu bila pandaj pakai. Despite my past mistake dek kerana tak celik kewangan, I still have my favourite go-to card credit.

Hope this helps ❤️

Peluang Kerja Dari Rumah (WFH) Tahun 2025 / Work from home Fulltime in 2025

Okay. There's that classic "running your dream business at home" but really we are not talking about that in this post. I mean, come on. If we can earn right at home without any costs, so why not??

Earn income from home and see them grow. What a goal 🥰

In this post I am going to share my opinion on the best platforms you can use to kickstart your earnings fulltime from home and say bye-bye to your 8am - 5pm jobs (atau yang nak cari side income masyuk pun boleh).

1. Involve Asia (IA)

This website is very useful and helpful to help you earn income. I have a fair share of both pros and cons about using IA.

PROS:

  • High and variety commissions offered by a wide range of brands both locally and internationally. Can you imagine? You can still earn money even if you are, well, everywhere!
  • Very user friendly especially to those who just starting to learn affiliate marketing. It has neat interface, and will update you on the potential commissions you'll get from promoting the brand and also includes information that maybe useful for you to promote the brands (example: current ongoing campaigns etc).
  • In this platform, you will also be informed on how will you get paid. For example, in Affiliate marketing there are some annoying jargons that we need to be familiar with (CPL - click to lead, CPS, CPSe, Clickouts..etc). Such infos are very useful to plan your work. You'll be informed too on whether conversions that you gained from your traffic (who clicked on the links you shared) is acceptable from 4 types of devices: ios, android, web desktop, web mobile - let's say the ads does not track conversions made on mobile apps on ios, so whoever visits your affiliate links through Instagram App kat your Android mobile - NOT COUNTED hence no payment will be made. So plan well on utilizing which platform is key.
  • Helpful guidelines given - you can always access its tutorial guides in the website (which is very easy to find) in case you're new or simply need a refresher. Help is always a reach away.

CONS:

  • There is a minimum withdrawal amount of RM80. Meaning, you need to pool in at least RM80 of commissions only then you can cashout.
  • Some brands that you applied for will require reviewing process before approving your application - because they need to see your prior work first.

So if you want to start earning everywhere at zero-cost you can give Involve Asia a try. Afterall it's free to register and you can check this out here: https://invol.co/cllv67h

Ahh. I mean who doesn't know Shopee? The only site that makes that monthly guilt-trip purchase at least once. But that's good news right? You'll have that high traffic that might potentially be checking on your promoted links. Kalau dulu-dulu nak daftar Shopee Affiliates kena lalu proses yang quite panjang sebab Shopee akan review your social media accounts sebelum approval. Sekarang boleh je daftar kat sini: https://s.shopee.com.my/g8Wb0o20l?share_channel_code=1

So Shopee Affiliates ni best sebab dari segi brand dan produk variety tu sangatt banyak! Nak share content untuk dapatkan komisyen pun best lah jadinya. Alang-alang nak tamat tahun 2024 ni confirm banyak orang serbu Shopee, yela year-end sale kan. So more opportunities to get commissions wei!

Yang bagi Aisyah kurang pasal Shopee Affiliates ni is the system can be quite complicated. Not quite user-friendly in my opinion BUT no worries, Shopee banyak provide trainings FREE untuk affiliates belajar. So nak berjaya jangan malas belajar! :)

3. Partipost

There are different levels of influencers which are classified based on your number of followers in your social media.

Yang best pasal Partipost ni kan, the commissions are hefty! Banyak dia bayar bila kita complete tasks according to their specific guidelines. Ratus-ratus dia bayar eh tak tipu. Nanti download App Partipost dan daftar kat sini: https://www.partipost.com/partiposter

So selamat mencuba ya semuaa. I'll update the list when I have more options.

Byee!
